Our 36 Month / 36,000 Mile Limited Nationwide Warranty

At Open Road Automotive, we stand behind the quality of our parts and workmanship. Unless otherwise stated in writing, qualifying repairs performed by our shop are backed by our 36 Month / 36,000 Mile Limited Nationwide Warranty, whichever comes first from the original date of service.

This warranty applies to the specific repair or service listed on your original repair invoice and is provided to the original customer only. This warranty is non-transferable.

If a covered repair concern arises while you are away from our local area, you must contact Open Road Automotive before any repair is performed so that we can review the issue and, when appropriate, authorize service through a participating facility.

What Is Covered

Our limited warranty covers defects in:

• Parts supplied by Open Road Automotive
• Workmanship related to the original covered repair

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Maintenance services
• Customer-supplied parts
• Used or salvage parts, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing
• Failures caused by abuse, neglect, overheating, modification, improper installation by another party, racing, or commercial use unless otherwise noted
• Failures caused by unrelated vehicle systems
• Repairs altered or performed by another facility without prior authorization
• Towing, rental car expenses, lodging, lost income, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law

Important Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, you must:

• Keep your original invoice
• Follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance
• Contact Open Road Automotive before out-of-area repairs are started

Repairs performed without prior authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement or coverage.

Additional Limitation

Warranty coverage may be denied if the vehicle shows evidence of abuse, overheating, modification, improper installation by another party, or failure to maintain proper fluid levels.

Limitation Of Liability

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty provided by Open Road Automotive for covered repairs. Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the covered defective part or workmanship, up to the original cost of the covered repair, except where otherwise required by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
